A 50 minute dance based fitness program that combines elements of various dance styles with cardio exercise, moves to create a fun and energetic workout.  It is designed for people of all body types and abilities, making exercise feel like a dance party rather than a workout.

No registration required, cost is $1/ class attended.  You must join the club to attend on a regular basis.
