A workshop will be held on Tuesday November 18th to learn how to make a simple bread recipe called My Mother’s Peasant Bread. While we wait for the bread to rise, we will prepare a Protein Bagel recipe, then have lunch together as the second rise of the bread happens.
The Club will provide the ingredients for a cost of $5 but you will need to bring with you (2) two 1 quart or 1.5 quart bowls or ramekins for mini loaves, that are oven proof. Please check the bottom of your bowls and ensure they are oven proof. You will need 2 bowls.
Expect to spend at least 4 hours at the club to bring home 2 small round loaves of bread.
