A 50 minute full body workout with hand weights that targets all of our major muscles, muscle groups and opposing muscles to improve strength, stamina and flexibility while building and maintaining healthy bones, muscles and joints. You choose the intensity by the size of weights that you use. Your weights should be heavy enough that the last two or three repetitions in a set will require extra effort. The effort you put in will be directly related to the benefits that you get out. Come join in the fun every Monday at 10:30am and Thursday at 9:00am!
