Purpose of our Club

1. To further a spirit of friendship, respect and mutual help;
2. To help seniors live safely, independently and with dignity;
3. To offer varied programs, including social, recreational, educational and cultural activities
in the community;
4. To promote active living -by offering you the ability to integrate physical activity into
everyday routines. A combination of safe physical and recreational activities which
results in a healthier lifestyle.
5. To engage you – to be busy, occupied by participating and volunteering.
6. To combat ageism – taking action to reduce, prevent or eliminate bias and stereotyping
based on age.
7. To reduce isolation – by maintaining good mental health through socialization.
8. To continue learning – by providing opportunities to learn new skills, information and
knowledge.

East Ferris Action 50+ Events

Foccacia Bread and Pretzel Workshop

January 27 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

East Ferris OldTyme Fiddlers

February 3 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

The East Ferris fiddlers will be jamming at the Corbeil Park Hall on the first Tuesday of every month. From 7 to 9:30 pm  - no cost, no registration. Come spend an evening with this wonderful group of musicians.
